At I-Bake, we are entering the market with a unique approach to building innovative machines for the bakery and snacks industry. Our focus lies in advanced sheeting formation technology that ensures efficiency, hygiene, and consistency.

Our motto — We aim to introduce European technology into the Indian market with machines that are hygienic, user-friendly, and require less manpower. This not only enhances profitability for investors but also eliminates human error while ensuring operator safety.

Each machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel (304 food-grade certified) with antibacterial protection. Rollers that come in contact with the product are made of food-grade Teflon, and the belts are PU food grade, supported by certifications for customer assurance. The entire electronic and communication system is managed through an HMI panel, making parameter settings simple and intuitive.

Behind this innovation is a story. While travelling across India, meeting hoteliers, bakers, and machine manufacturers, I observed a common challenge—manpower shortages. On a business trip to Europe, I noticed how the industry there was addressing similar challenges by using innovative, automated processes. Recognising that India too would face the same problem in the near future, I envisioned creating machines that minimise manpower while maximising productivity. This dream gave birth to I-Bake. Our goal is to empower businesses with reliable, efficient, and cost-saving solutions. With experienced technicians and mechanical and design engineers, we not only build high-performance lines but also provide strong after-sales support.
